The Solution

I partnered with actuarial, marketing, and IT teams to redesign the rate change communication process and the supporting digital experiences.

Working closely with actuaries and developers, we identified creative solutions to technical and operational challenges that had previously slowed the process. The resulting system centralized rate information and automated how it was distributed across customer-facing channels.

A new Current Rates page gave financial professionals a single destination for reviewing the latest available rates, while personalized experiences automatically displayed content relevant to each user's products and access permissions.
